10 Oct Paul’s Agency Welcomes New Talent
MORGAN CITY, La. — Paul’s Agency is excited to welcome two new hires to the team, Catherine Listi to the Morgan City office, and Amy Gaudet to the Houma office.
A lifelong resident of St. Mary Parish and graduate of Nicholls State University, Catherine joins the Morgan City office as a Personal Lines Manager. She joined the team in September and is tasked with assisting with personal insurance needs for clients.
“We are very excited to have someone with the experience, talent and focus to lead our personal lines department going forward. Catherine’s experience gives us the ability to continue our great level of service and positions our agency to expand our personal lines market and customer base,” said Philip McMahon, Chief Operating Officer at Paul’s Agency.
Prior to her time at Paul’s Agency, Catherine gained seven years of experience in insurance, with a background in insurance sales and servicing. She is licensed in property and casualty, and life and health insurance.
“I am excited to join the Paul’s team and use my experience and attention to detail to make sure our insureds’ needs are thoroughly met and are well protected,” said Catherine. “Paul’s has been in business for over 100 years and I am proud to be a part of its legacy in my hometown.”
When not immersed in insurance, Catherine enjoys spending her time with her husband, daughter and family, and attending local events.
In August, Paul’s Agency welcomed Amy Gaudet, lifelong resident of Lafourche Parish, to the Houma office as a Client Service Manager to service client and producer needs.
“We are excited to welcome Amy to our team here in Houma. Her strong work ethic and 19 years of experience assisting clients in the commercial insurance industry are valuable assets for our growing company and customers. She is a positive addition to our team,” said Lance Trotti, Vice President at Paul’s Agency.
Before joining the team, Amy worked as an Account Executive for a nationwide insurance company for 19 years and is licensed in Property and Casualty.
“Joining the Paul’s Agency team was a very exciting and scary move all at once. Previously being employed by a large corporate office for 19 years, to then move to a notable family agency, I definitely knew it would entail many changes to adjust to,” said Amy. “I can say they were all changes for the better and I am very excited to now be a part of the Paul’s Agency team. When you can wake up and enjoy going to work, you know you’re in the right place.”
Outside of work, Amy stays busy with her children and husband, but occasionally finds time to enjoy crafts like creating apparel and gifts for her friends and family.
